How much does it cost?
$35 per standard 13-gallon bag for pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery.
Do you weigh the laundry?
No. The standard bag size determines the price, so customers know the cost in advance.
Can I overfill the bag?
The bag should close securely without ripping or overflowing. Excess laundry may count as another bag.
What items are not accepted?
We do not accept comforters or other oversized items, items with biohazard waste, heavily soiled items, pet beds, fragile items, or dry-clean-only items.
What detergents do you use?
Our standard detergent is Kirkland Ultra Clean from Costco. Our free & clear option is Kirkland Ultra Clean Free & Clear from Costco. Customers may also provide their own detergent.
What do you use for fabric softener?
We use white vinegar as our standard fabric-softener option. You can also request no fabric softener.
Can I add OxiClean?
Yes. We can add one scoop of OxiClean per load for an additional $1 per bag.
Where is my laundry washed?
Your laundry is processed in a pet-free, smoke-free home environment.
Will my clothes be washed with other customers’ laundry?
No. Your clothes are washed and dried only with your own order. Your laundry will never be mixed with or touch another customer’s clothes.
How will my clean laundry be returned?
Your clean, folded laundry will be returned in 13-gallon bag(s). Each order will have a door hanger labeled with the customer’s name for easy identification.
What is your delivery area?
Delivery is included within 10 miles of Old Lebanon Dirt Road in Mount Juliet. We also serve addresses 10–20 miles away for an additional $10 delivery fee.
When do I pay?
Payment is made upfront when you schedule your order. Pickup is confirmed after payment is completed.
